The next application offered for consideration in last week's App From Scratch competition is "Election Spy" a real-time wireless view into the 2008 US presidential election.
The contest, open to any and all Pyxis Mobile employees, is designed to highlight the power of the Application Studio product, and its ability to deliver an unlimited range of applications and use cases (in under 24 hours) without the need for client or server code development.

Just in time for the November, this entry provides a real-time play-by-play of the US presidential election, with access to poll data, candidate information, news, and live public opinion.
In accordance with the rules of the competition, this application was delivered in under 24 hours with no coding and no compilation. It makes use of data from a number of public web services and highlights a number of Pyxis Mobile 6.1 features including exploding rows, font control, in-line images, graphical navigation, and multi-platform support.
