Wireless help desk support might be a good topic for Chapter 10. Supporting wireless users with applications is expensive and requires effort. Once you've chosen a great Pyxis Mobile application to reach your goals for a mobile enterprise, day-to-day technical support, carrier interaction, and financial policy compliance is an important component to success of the implementation.
